Serving Families at Empowerment Village
Last week, our staff and volunteer team had the privilege of serving families at Mission Hope and Empowerment Village, a special outreach that reminds us why our work matters so much.
With the help of our incredible volunteers and supporters, we provided children with new shoes, socks, stuffed animals, snacks, and fun activities for the whole family. Watching kids light up as they picked up their new shoes is a moment that never gets old.
Through our new partnership with Hope Home, we served nine families who recently secured housing after experiencing homelessness. One mother shared that she had been sleeping in her car and is now getting back on her feet thanks to a community that takes the time to care.
The gratitude, joy, and connection shared that evening are exactly what His Little Feet is all about.
