This Year's Back to School Outreach Events Served 500 Children!
On August 16th, HLF hosted its annual Back-to-School Fair in Long Beach, and we are proud to report it was the biggest one yet!
For the first time ever, HLF hosted THREE Back-to-School Fairs this summer and we were overwhelmed by the community support. Because of all of YOU, we were able to make a huge impact.
300 families served
215 pairs of new school shoes donated to local students
5,000 pairs of Bombas socks
45 fabulous volunteers
30 free haircuts
Thousands of dollars in resources donated by our wonderful community!
His Little Feet is so honored to support our local families in ways that truly make a difference, like one family we met that just fled an abusive environment.
The newly single mother and her two sons literally ran out with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and their shelter referred them to our Back-to-School Fair.
HLF was able to provide the exact resources the children needed to start a new school year with dignity and success.
Supporting our communities' students in need would not be possible without the generosity of time, talent, and treasure that you provide. Thank you for making this year's Back to School events possible.
There are still many more young people in need.

OVER $50,000 DONATED!
Thank you to all our sponsors, donors, and volunteers who made this summer's Back to School community events happen. Together, we were able to provide brand new, name-brand tennis shoes to students starting a new school year; students who otherwise might have to wear shoes that cause pain, embarrassment, and lack of participation.
DID YOU KNOW?
Shoes are incredibly expensive and need to be replaced often. For many families struggling to make ends meet, this is impossible. His Little Feet is one of the only organizations in Southern California committed to providing new shoes to children in foster care and shelters.
Thank you for walking alongside our mission to support more youth in need. Let’s keep the momentum going!
